I just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you for all you have done for me over the years. There are two things you have done that you probably don't even remember-but I do. The first was in the middle of winter and my very sick younger brother was coming home from the hospital to a condo in Fairlawn with no heat. Kamm Star went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed his furnace through the night on a Sunday evening. Jay was able to come home to a warm house Monday. The next time was when I was released from the hospital on a Sunday and had no A/C. I said it would wait until Monday, but you sent Brian out to fix it because you did not want me to be uncomfortable with just getting out of the hospital. These things did not go unnoticed. They were and are appreciated Thank you for all your help and kindness.

Operations Manager / Kraft Fluid

You installed a Rheem 2 stage furnace and air conditioner, Aprilaire air cleaner, humidifier and attic fan. We always had a summertime problem with the upstairs being 4-5 degrees warmer than downstairs. I asked two other contractors with no reasonable solutions. You suggested a simple inexpensive solution. I was skeptical, but agreed to do the installation. What a difference! Now the upstairs is the same temperature as downstairs. Thank you Frank for the suggestion!

Kamm Star Contractors, Inc. came right out the very day we were having furnace problems. It was really really cold, and we were having problems getting the house up to temp. They came out right away to check out what was wrong and fixed it. Frank Staron is the contact name. They installed our furnace and air conditioner initially. I got what I paid for. In fact, they came while we were at work, they replaced 2 parts, and got the house up to temperature. They were in contact with my husband through text message, kept him posted on what was going on, and called back to check and made sure everything was still okay.
